Isurugi Hayato

A hot-blooded, good-hearted young man with an infinite well of kindness and a strong sense of justice, he is unfortunately not blessed with any real talent for spiritual arts other than body-strengthening. Doomed to mediocrity but not really bothered by it, his meeting with Shion changes his life while also providing a purpose that drives him.

The powers he is granted by Shion include a mystic eye that allows him to see through others' spellcasting and a spear that purifies corruption. He also quietly possesses a unique hidden art that he isn't aware of that allows him to sense when others are suffering and want someone to reach out to them.
