Sakuya Le Bel Shirogane

Hiyoko's classmate, Sakuya is a French Fantail transfer student. From the pureblooded and noble Le Bel family, Sakuya looks down upon other birds as "mongrels". Hard to satisfy with an enormous pride, he's St. Pigeonation's able student council president. Before his transfer, he learned a great amount about Japanese culture.
