The auxiliary bishop of the Magic Department, and the next lead of the powerful family of mages, the House of Alternata. Arne is formal, serious and family-oriented, and is often found in the training grounds of her department.

She got into an arranged marriage with Belial, which she's content with as it should allow her family to prosper further. She's the older sister of Enoch, and the niece of Erzsebet.
