Maedate Fukurou

A small fat man in his 60s.

He is the husband of the proprietress and an affable old man who is always smiling.
In fact, he is also the owner of the ryokan, and is the man who is in charge of all the ryokan's operations.

He is very weak when it comes to women and women's bodies, and at home, he seems to be unable to stand up to his wife.

Tokie and Fukurou still remain married to maintain her beloved grandfather's wish. Fukurou quickly accepts that Tokie is now Yutaka's woman.
