Yasaka Hiiragi

"I may be small, but I'm still the manager of this dormitory!"

Yuuki and Kanon's cousin, she is the manager of Minato Dormitory and Neko King Café.

A bright and cheerful woman. Despite her small appearance, she handles her work flawlessly. She is popular with the neighbors and students living in the dormitory, and is a person that everyone can relied on, but becomes weak when she is drunk. She loves Yuuki and Kanon very much, and likes to make Yuuki help out with the dormitory work (an act of affection).

She is able to use magic to some extent, but rarely use it because she doesn't want anyone to find out that the Yasaka family can use magic.

It is revealed later in the story that Hiiragi is not actually blood-related to Yuuki and Kanon, but is their father's childhood friend and best friend, and she also has feelings for him. Their parents entrusted Yuuki and Kanon to her, and sent them to another world, along with the building that is now Minato Dormitory (which used to be an inn run by Hiiragi's family), and she has been taking care of them ever since.
