Mikhail

A deceptively humble and snarky know-it-all, he's a doctor-in-training with a distaste towards both magic and his cousin Henri. He's usually polite but has a habit of being sarcastic while smiling. As Iris' childhood friend, he's pretty protective of her and constantly checks up on her to see if she's doing alright.

People and kids especially tend to say that his eyes look scary when he takes his glasses off. He's buried in student debt and often takes odd jobs to work it all off.
