The Seeing One

The Seeing One distributes prophecies to the people as their sole oracle and connection to the universe. They're on good terms with almost everyone, especially Billie, who communicates with The Seeing One often about her prophecy. When they aren't spouting cryptic poetry, they like to sew and mend their many cloaks.
