Sakagami Yuuichirou

A former officer of the Ground Self-Defense Forces' first division. In the past, he was a promising young officer in the Ground Self-Defense Forces, but his wife and daughter were murdered by a heinous Special Holder criminal, and he was heavily wounded but survived.

In the despair of losing his family, he despised Special Holders, yet he had awakened a Special Power himself. It has resulted in him losing his position at the organization that treats Special Holders negatively. Having his family killed, having became a detested Special Holder himself, having retired from the forces due to it, Yuuichirou has closed his heart in fury and hatred with no outlet.

After he had retired from the troops, his whereabouts were considered unknown, but in fact he was undertaking illegal operations under the command of Lieutenant General Saejima.
