Superintendent Oodomo

The commanding officer of the Thirteenth Riot Squad, which is in charge of keeping public order in the capital. He is in his mid-forties.

The Thirteenth Riot Squad, along with the Third Riot Squad, is regarded as an elite squad among the capital's public safety forces and gets high evaluations. He is responsible for the former.

Oodomo is unfriendly to Special Riot Police officers, who are mild in their treatment of Special Holders' criminals. He is a riot squad commanding officer who is also devoted to the ideas of Lieutenant General of Ground Self-Defense Forces, Saejima. He is one of the ones forcibly tasked with cleaning up after the Special Riot Police, mainly it's second division.
