Kusanagi is a former "Emanon" agent who became Aoi's ally.
She is Murakumo's younger twin sister. Both of them were test subjects in a genetic research when they were "Emanon" agents. Murakumo and Kusanagi had gained the ability to transform into coyotes with red mane as a result of these tests. Kusanagi is especially skilled with long knives, and is good at close combat.
She has sexual feelings towards Murakumo.
