A defense attorney that Guys' parents sought legal representation from. Because Guys' family is poor, they chose Lusca as his fee was cheap. However, his fee is cheap because of his alcoholism, and his general lack of productivity with his cases. Lusca was once a brilliant lawyer, but because of a case in the past, his guilty conscience has pulled him into despair and caused him to lose all hope.
