Belbet

A prisoner at the same prison as Guys, Belbet is a lunatic that is serving a life sentence. He doesn't seem to object to his life imprisonment. Sometimes Guys encounters him in the workshop or the exercise grounds. Belbet hasn't had a bath for quite some time and has allowed his beard and hair to grow freely. Wearing what can only be called rags, he is usually jailed in the basement cell blocks. His madness is thought to stem from being locked in the basement for more than 10 years.
