Kikugaoka

A second year high school student belonging to the Fujitaka Student Council. He is the best understanding of Yanagawa's classmates. He is familiar with the situation inside the school because of his connection with the Student Council. Unlike Yanagawa, he has a refreshing personality and is popular among girls. He seems to have a girlfriend at another school.
