Egg Benedict

An operator at the central communication station who's been subpoenaed because he was caught on a photograph taken by the Red-Handed Recorders in the pawnbrokery. He appeared at Windibank's pawnbrokery using the pseudonym Eggert Benedict. His last name was once Milverton years ago. He's a childhood friend of the Skulkin brothers.
