Clifford Rhodes

Clifford Rhodes is a mysterious young man with a ghost-like appearance; however, he appears to be neither among the living or the dead. Perhaps this man lies somewhere in between.

Clifford has a habit of talking in riddles and loves to confuse people. He can only be seen by a few select people and one of them appears to be Lucia. He seems to possess uncanny knowledge about the mysterious happenings occurring around Lucia.

He can often be found in the park, looking up at the sky, or staring into the nearby neighborhood full of houses. Perhaps he is reflecting on his actions, or reminiscing about something of a greater scale.
