Banki Rutarou

The president of the student council and a sweet dreamer with natural talent for leadership but a disappointing personality.

A laid-back, mild-mannered and gentle man who is constantly surrounded by people captivated with his looks and charisma, and is admired by everyone as he does most things better than the average person. He tends to fall asleep very easily, almost as if he had passed out. Easy-going, always trying to keep a low profile but in a friendly manner on top of being eccentric; although most of the time this doesn’t work, as he whispers words of love to others as easily as he breathes.

Just like the protagonist, he is a former student of the Fushizono Kindergarten and a member of the Rose class.
