Executive Ryuu

A manager of the far east branch of the big international military-industrial corporation, Pixie Industries. He appears to be a straightforward businessman, but that is not the whole of him: in truth, he is an arms dealer, scheming to destabilize the world political situation and seeking to gain control of the economy through the corporation.

Ryuu believes that in order to maintain peace now that Special Holders are running rampant, it is vital to rely on a deterrent force, namely weapons. He arrived in Japan in order to get in touch with radical factions in the Japanese government.
