Hasegawa Phillip

A part-time worker at "La Pivoine", in charge of the kitchen. He is a self-proclaimed genius claiming that in half a year he mastered a bread-making technique which is said to take most people two years to learn. However, Phillip has failed the written exam for his driver's license many times as he was constantly lost in thought during it.
