Abiko Harutaka

He originally wanted to become a motorcycle police officer, but gave up because he was too antisocial. He's currently a detective in the Mobile Investigative Corps. Even he had a period where his heart wavered. He has a lot of qualifications, so he can often say, "I can't do this right now."

There is no consistence, but he became a qualification maniac after his parents told him to get a qualification that would give him an advantage when taking the police recruitment exam.
