Minato Kohichi

He came from the same future world line as Haruna. A weapon (bionoid) developed by a military research institute during the interstellar war. For some reason, he came to the past Earth with Dr. Bakuroi, the person in charge of the Bionoid Development Project.

The weapons that were in the process of being cultivated were still in their infancy, and in today's world where there is no equipement, there was no decision but to raise them as normal humans. But the doctor, who has just passed the the time limit and has no power, decided that raising them by himself would be impossible. He decided to leave the baby in the church. Shortly thereafter, he was adopted by the Minato family and given the name Kohichi.
