A clone of Emoto, a classmate of Minato Kohichi who was killed by Kohichi. A bionoid with no combat ability that was partially recovered by Dr. Bakuroi after he was killed.

It was Haruna who invested in the research and production funds, and after the completion, he was taken in by him as well. They have an uncle-nephew bond, although Moto also acts as his assistant and housekeeper. He doesn't have many emotional ups and downs, and his motor nerves are a little dull.
