Masami Haruna

A black market merchant who will procure anything as long as he makes money. He's a person from the future who travels between parallel worlds, watching the present Earth. His original world was almost destroyed in a large-scale interstellar war, but he used an item that happened to move him to another world.

He came to the present Earth to prey on other worlds. His glasses aren't needed. He speaks in broken Japanese to make other people think he's careless, but he can actually speak fluently because he has a translator.
