Hesperides

Hesperides is a philosopher in the city of Delphis. After the oracle prophecises a catasthrophe that will occur to Delphis and its citizens, he boards a ship with hi lover Diokles and attempts to flee. The ship gets caught in a storm during which Diokles falls in the sea to his death. Hurt by the loss of his loved one, Hesperides becomes convinced the oracle only tells lies.
