She escaped to Hong Kong with her parents when she was a child due to persecution during the Cultural Revolution.
She started working in a restaurant to help her family's finances, but when the restaurant was not busy, she became popular for her fortune-telling services and set up a stall on Temple Street as a fortune teller.
By actively investing her earnings, she became a wealthy woman and now owns several properties.
She is an old friend of the Red Flower Society and has an interest in Yvet.
