He is the eldest son between MingFung and Sylvia.
He was best friends with Francis, who was the same age as him at junior high school, but was distressed when he found out that Sylvia had ordered the assassination of Francis' mother, Mary.
He was considered a candidate for the head of the Over Heaven society, but lost his sight in an accident at the age of 23.
Later, when Mingfung died, his younger brother Reeve was almost brought back as the successor of the Over Heaven society, but Stephen defended his brother and asked Rost Pork to become the Over Heaven society's head instead.
