Foreigner

A foreigner who the protagonist comes across in Town Central. He's noted as having an accent and being very clean compared to the locals. He asks the protagonist for a way to "message the people remaining" because he wants to "get out of this mess."

The protagonist comes up with the idea of making "stars" as a message. By this, they mean that they can light fireworks. After seeing the happy crowd of people, the protagonist decides to stay a little longer.
