Noda Kiyomi

An office lady at Selene Girls' High and the wife of Tetsuro Noda, a prefectural assembly member. Kiyomi is a strict woman who respects discipline and despises rock. Though at the second part of the game, she appeared as the band's collaborator, rather than someone who stands in their way.
