She is serious, strict, and kind. She is also very friendly with her neighbors, who come to her for advice on their problems, as well as with the main character.

She sometimes makes mischievous mistakes, but she is able to get out of them with her natural wit. She is a woman who can love without compensation, who understands the meaning of sacrificial love, and who does it.

But perhaps her kindness comes from her sense of responsibility. Throughout her life, her purpose in life is to do everything she can for her son.

She has never had any experience with men because she has never had any contact with men outside of work (she intentionally avoids them).
