Rinko is the type of girl who does hard efforts in order to always receive top grades, she is academically brilliant and stoic. Rinko is serving at the disciplinary committee, so she often scolds Akira and lectures her about public morals because of her boobs obsession. Although she seems to be with stiff to everyone, she actually loves cute things and cute girls, but she tries to hide it. She finds Akira's appearance cute and innocent but she is concerned about it. When she hugs her, Rinko turns red and it upsets her.
