The only person that links Jones with the mysterious organization whose goal is to destroy Eve once and for all. The Chief's rather cynical and disrespectful outlook may seem a little off-putting, but he definitely takes his job seriously and knows his stuff. He won't hesitate in complimenting someone for a job well done.
