Shinra's master and the master of magic "Witch of the Forest". Despite having a petite appearance, she is bossy and acting arrogantly, often using her servant Shinra, as a pawn.

A so-called "Elder Loli", most of the time, she speaks like a sage, but on the other hand, she occasionally shows a childish and innocent side, only eating sweets and then getting scolded by Homura.
