Eli Omar

He is the young Vice President of Omar Holdings, headquartered in Lyon, France. He is responsible for the newly-made artificial island in Los York, called "D'Amour Paradis" (Paradise of Love). In order to further expand his business, he sets his sights on Cupid Corporation.
