Amamiya Chiaki

The protagonist.

A healthy, sexually active, energetic male student. He is basically a good guy, and believes that sexual intercourse without consent is only allowed in fiction. He has both an inferiority complex and romantic feelings for his stepmother, Manaka, and wants her to recognize him as a man as soon as possible.

He lost his mother when he was an infant and was old enough to remember his father's death. Manaka is his stepmother, whom he married seven years before his father's death. He is not blessed with a good family life.

Manaka's love for him has helped him grow into a bright and positive persona. He is shorter than average in height and has a body that does not make him look very dependable. He is adored by older people, but his appearance does not appeal to people his own age or younger, and he has never had a girlfriend.
