He never had an appearance nor was he ever mentioned in "Eternal Blessing of the Stars"... or maybe he simply didn't have a character sprite?

A nobleman from a fairly decent family, or well, 'boring family', more like it. Nothing really stands out about him except for his perpetual smile... at least, as far as anyone is concerned. Perhaps there's more to him than meets the eye?
