Elcia

You play as Elcia, the Time Negotiator, as she travels through time meeting various people to recover the lost natural resources of the past. During her first trip, she stumbled upon an unknown dimension called "Area-X". It became her mission to find out what it really is.

Little is known about Elcia's past, other than she grew up with Belph and Irina. Strong and capable - charismatic and easy-going, Elcia makes friends easily, but very few know what she really is thinking.
