Kano's girlfriend and Shizuo's daughter.

Kano has been wanting to ask for Rumi's hand in marriage, but Shizuo has staunchly refused. She's waiting at the café Lautrec for Kano to come and meet her father.

A graduate from Midoriyama Academy, she originally won the Miss Midoriyama beauty contest when she was attending. She served as a judge for this year's contest.

Several people remark that her face has a striking resemblance to Masami Nagahama, a national TV star, but Kano insists that there is no connection between them.
