A rising J-pop and rock idol attempting to break into the global market.

Hitomi, Osawa, and Pretty Honey are fans of Kamiki, especially her newest single "Sekai wa Sore demo Kawari wa Shinai". She is advertised constantly throughout the streets of Shibuya, including a giant blimp floating in the air.

Her song "Sekai wa Sore demo Kawari wa Shinai" is used by the mastermind Alphard as part of her master plan. Alphard's bombs are set to explode if the song ever plays within close proximity. The song is the cause of the blue minivan explosion that kills Tanaka, and in multiple bad endings it is the cause of the explosion within the Scramble during the blockade.

(Her character is based on and portrayed by the real life Kamiki Aya, and her song "Sekai wa Sore demo Kawari wa Shinai" is the main theme of the game)
