Totsuka Yukio

Production assistant for "The Wandering Angels." He approached Hitomi at the Hachiko statue at around 10 AM with fliers for their upcoming production of Au Revoir.

He was sent by the producer, Sukozawa, to retrieve the actor Akiomi Mondo from his apartment, who was being staked by debt collectors. During the performance, when novice actor Takuya Amo forgot to attach wires for a stunt, Tozuka improvised by entering onstage as "Assassin with an Edo Accent No. 1" and attaching the wire. Sukozawa assigned Tozuka, Amo, and Shin'ichi Bando to return the defective dry ice machine to Endo Electronics.

Once Minorikawa informed them that they could discard the dry ice machine, the trio allowed Kano to take it, using it to deactivate Alphard's bomb and save the Scramble.
