Rowinda

Human warlock.

Not many people know Rowinda well. Half of those who do claim she lost her mind to old age; the other half claim she was never sane to begin with. Whatever the truth may be, Rowinda is certainly a very strange person.

She dresses much too flamboyantly for a person of her age, laughs too loud in public, apparently has no sense of common decency, but still somehow manages to live among other, more normal people. Some whisper that this is simply because everybody is afraid of her strange and terrifying magical powers which can supposedly sap the strength out of even the most powerful people, but no one has ever seen her cast a single spell.

Or at least no one who lived to tell the tale...
