The god who rules over the world of Great Spirit, its Representative, and the other side of Wakan Tanka. Tasked with the duty of spreading love equally to everyone in his world, his heart became cold and emotionless in order to keep up with said impartiality, but his meeting with Heyoka caused his to feel emotions that he had never felt before, as well as attachment to someone else for the first time.
