Fuxi

A rich casino owner and a member of the Invaders, as well as the World Representative of the land of Penglai who is also the overprotective (and obsessive) brother of Nuwa, the goddess Exiled from said world. Due to his power to foresee the future, Fuxi himself has long become detached from the world, having little to no care whether it can continue to exist or not.
