Jeff Duffy

Jeff Duffy is one of the deputies of the Birchport Police Department. He makes his first appearance in Chapter 2.

Duffy is timid and obedient towards his superior, Chief Walsh. He is also shown to be dimwitted, given his tendency to say or do things that make himself and Walsh look foolish.

However, this is just a cover. It is revealed in Chapter 14 that he is The Birchport Killer and has been targeting the Sterlings for the death of his mother, Alanis Acosta. If Your Character chooses to save Nikolai, they can inform Duffy in Chapter 15 of his birth name, Taylor Acosta.
