Fuuma Kotaro

He is the leader of the Fuuma Organization a new organization he founded to try to rebuild a New Fuuma Clan after his father betrayed Gosha Village and joined the UFS with the rest of the old rebellious Fuuma Clan.
Kotaro is constantly followed in his mission by his half-sister and steward Fuuma Tokiko.

Kotaro is able to use an extremely powerful ability called "Evil Eye" that enables him to steal/seal any ability only by touching a person body. "Evil Eye" has the only downside that can be used to steal/seal only one ability at a time, that's why he aims to have many powerful allies around so he can choose the perfect ability to steal based on the occasion.
To enlarge his organizaion, gain powerful abilities he starts his quest by kidnapping some of his powerful enemies, often much stronger than himself, from the Taimanin, Demons and UFS, and had them join his faction, usually disciplining them sexually.
