Asa

Asa, a humble peasant from The First Village on Nieshima, the Isle of Offerings, played a pivotal role in sparking a rebellion against the oppressive officials. He welcomed an Outlander into his home, who presented a cursed "Box" as a means to challenge their oppressors.
With the help of this mysterious artifact, Asa and his fellow islanders successfully overthrew their tyrannical rulers.

After their victory, the islanders began adopting family names to mark the beginning of a new era. Asa chose the name Ichikura, signifying his origins from The First Village. Thus, he became the first Ichikura and the guardian of the Kotori-bako, the very Box that had been instrumental in their liberation.
