Stolas

Avisos is like a city of mafias, and if you were to point out the most mafia-like devil, it would definitely be Stolas. He basically tries to wildly fire the Thompsons in both of his hands if he is unhappy about something, and is proficient in all crimes.

He thinks he is the strongest and fit for being a king, but is afraid of Beelzebub.

Bathin is extremely close to Stolas, and there are many witnesses saying they've seen them together despite the difference in place of birth.
