Kagetou Shokuya

She is one of the Sages and is known as a "non-luminous Illuminator." As the inventor of the Illumiarms and an omniscient scholar, she has a rather eccentric personality and prefers seclusion and conducting research known only to herself. However, she is by no means indifferent to Inlixaland.

Noxistasia Shade turns out to be the mastermind behind everything, she is so deranged that she intends to single-handedly end the eternal night that has been overshadowing Inlixaland for three hundred years and bring the entire Inlixaland into her desired Dreamland.
