An Illuminator living in the forest near the Starshard Beacon. She is the guest violinist of the super-popular band, "Starkiss." Although the public often regards her as a member of the band, she does not seem to agree.

Fluoresca's relationship with Starkiss members existed only in Dreamland. In reality she never made friends with them and has already died… but fragments of her soul are still being carried by those flickering fireflies in Inlixaland.
