Rare first meets Liechtenstein at lunch when she's looking for a place to sit. Because she's one of the few girls attending W Academy, Rare is eager to befriend her, and Liechtenstein cheerfully returns the sentiment. Due to how long her name is, Rare calls her Lili-chan.
