Kiyohara Kousuke

A young detective at the Shinjuku Police Station. Though he doesn’t particularly enjoy spending time with his superior, Motora, he has a certain respect for him and hopes he can become a useful member of the force. He’s a bit disorganized and isn’t the most passionate, but he finds a purpose in the satisfaction of bringing justice to criminals.
