Lina

Lina is the local real-estate agent.

She is first encountered helping Allison and MC to find a new house. She seems quite appreciative that MC is walking around shirtless when she first arrives.

Later, the same evening, after Allison has gone to bed, she returns, claiming she forgot her phone. She starts "looking" for it but in reality she is mostly showing her posterior to MC, including the fact that she "forgot" to wear panties. Naturally, this leads to sex between them.
